Who Needs a Visa?
All UAE residents who are not U.S. citizens or part of the Visa Waiver Program (e.g., Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Egyptian, Bangladeshi, etc.) must apply for a U.S. non-immigrant visa.
Visa Type: B-1 / B-2
1. B-1: For business trips (meetings, conferences)
2. B-2: For tourism, family visits, or medical treatment
3. Most travelers apply for a B-1/B-2 combined visa
General Documents Required for USA Visa
1. Passport (original & copy)
2. A copy of your Emirates ID
3. A no objection letter from the company/sponsor of the applicant
4. An attested copy of your bank statement (6 months)
5. A travel insurance certificate along with your return ticket
6. A copy of your hotel reservation at your destination
7. Two passport-size photographs, taken against a white background
8. Each applicant’s passport and residence visa should have a minimum validity of 6 months

• Only complete visa applications will be processed by Highsky Travel. The responsibility for submitting a comprehensive application to the relevant application center, Embassy, or Consulate lies with the applicant.
• Highsky Travel cannot be held accountable for expenses resulting from visa processing delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Visa approval cannot be guaranteed by HighskyTravel, as it rests entirely upon the discretion of the pertinent government authorities. Visa fees remain non-refundable in case of visa refusal.
• Additional documents and/or information might be requested by the issuing authority. The general prerequisites and specific documentation demands could be altered or changed by the issuing authority without prior notification, at any stage within the application process.
• We are not responsible for delays or denials caused by incorrect information or incomplete documentation provided by you, we rely on the information provided by the client, any details provided incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete may lead to a negative impact on your case or can also lead to time delays and issues achieving your desired outcome.
• All fees associated with the visa payable at the visa application center/consulate/embassy, including the biometric fee, are the responsibility of the applicant.
